The light of awareness shifts mountains

We all suffer with stress in our lives however wellbeing is improved when we learn how to manage our stress levels. Whether its chakra balancing, taking a mental holiday from worry or meditation, yoga or a walk in nature, we first have to be aware we actually suffering from stress. This awareness can move even the heaviest of burdens.
